We join the United Nations in recognizing the contributions made by women and girls in science, as well as the support for gender equality, both of which contribute to global sustainable development.
We want to say a big thank you to all of the women scientists and academics who contribute to our knowledge of the world and, more importantly, serve as role models and mentors to the next generation.
Our #ExploreSDGs campaign aims to promote content that is advancing the research and discussion on topics related to the Sustainable Development Goals, but at the same time, it wants to encourage publishers and researchers to join the challenge of achieving Agenda2030’s goals by curating their own SDG research on ScienceOpen.
The Sustainable Development Goal 12 aims to ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.
As part of our commitment to encouraging open dialogue about the Sustainable Development Goals and fostering knowledge sharing, we will continue our #ExploreSDGs series today by discovering content relating to SDG12 on our network.
In the last few weeks, in collaboration with our partners, we’ve been promoting themed collections dedicated to the SDGs and the global challenge of Agenda2030, content related to SDGs 3, 7, 8, 15 &16, and opportunities for publishers on ScienceOpen to showcase their content and put it in the context of their SDG of choice, facilitating scientific communication and making science more accessible. Today, we would like to highlight how publishers and researchers may become involved in our campaign and the challenge of achieving Agenda2030’s goals by curating their own SDG research on ScienceOpen.
Today, we will explore some innovative scholarly content available in our network that can help scientists, researchers, and practitioners working on sustainable development goals to make faster progress toward achieving Goal 3 of Agenda2030.
Our #ExploreSDGs campaign aims to promote SDG progress through scientific research, and this time we would like to highlight the research and scientific work available on the topic of sustainable and clean energy, also known as SDG7.
