ScienceOpen is pleased to announce a new milestone in the collaboration with Hogrefe, which will promote important research and encourage open scholarly communication in topics related to sustainability. As members of the SDG Publishers Compact, ScienceOpen and Hogrefe are combining efforts to promote research that helps in the acceleration of the SDGs through new collections of SDGs-related research published by Hogrefe.
Our #ExploreSDGs campaign aims to promote content that is advancing the research and discussion on topics related to the Sustainable Development Goals, but at the same time, it wants to encourage publishers and researchers to join the challenge of achieving Agenda2030’s goals by curating their own SDG research on ScienceOpen.
The Sustainable Development Goal 12 aims to ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.
As part of our commitment to encouraging open dialogue about the Sustainable Development Goals and fostering knowledge sharing, we will continue our #ExploreSDGs series today by discovering content relating to SDG12 on our network.
The SDGs pave the path for achieving a better and more sustainable future for all. They deal with global issues like poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace, justice, and education.
One of ScienceOpen’s work philosophies is making information and knowledge accessible and available to everyone. Agenda2030’s Sustainable Development Goal 4 is based on a similar philosophy.
